Typically we look for candidates who have at least 3+ years experience, have a strong work ethic, and are team players. We work primarily with candidates ready to make a company change or position change but aren't under time or money pressure to make a move. These candidates work with us because we keep their best interests in mind over time. We don't convince them to fill positions they aren't interested in or are just a "so-so" fit.
